Mercedes-Benz Financial took another step closer to the customer by expanding its digital footprint to Android version devices. 

All Android users, even those who are not Mercedes-Benz customers, are now able to locate the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer, contact a customer service representative, determine a monthly payment amount on a vehicle of their choice and see current promotions from Daimler Financial Services (DFS).

“Designed to help customers in their purchasing processes, the new Android App is targeted at a large and dynamic segment of the populationwhich is interested in Mercedes-Benz”, commented Sidhartha Nair, Managing Director, Daimler Financial Services

“Complementing our iOS App with this new Android version is an important milestone as we continue to develop digital tools as customer touchpoints and facilitate customer interaction and service”, continued Mr.Nair.

The key functions of the App are:

-Promotions – this feature allows users to see what active promotions are available on Mercedes-Benz products.

-Estimator – this feature allows the user to specify their own details (such as selection of vehicle, financial product, length of contract, etc...) and determine the monthly payment amount for the Mercedes-Benz product of their choice.

-Get Quote – after determining the monthly payment value, the user can request a detailed vehicle quote from a local dealer by simply providing a few contact details and sending an email request for quotation.

-Dealer Locator – allows customers to view available dealers in their area, searching by GPS or City.  Once the results are displayed, the user can call or map the dealer location.

-Contact Us – important contact information for DFS is displayed in this section, allowing users with additional questions to reach out to us directly.
